Acquired from an old private collection, this Ocean Jasper palmstone has a colour combination that is genuinely striking: a deep red base, large green orbs, and a single line of blue Chalcedony that runs almost the full vertical length of the piece.

The red ground is rich and warm, and against it the green orbs read with real clarity. Most of them carry a small creamy dot at their centre — the classic eye-within-an-eye detail that makes Ocean Jasper orbs so distinctive up close, and here it is particularly well-defined. The blue Chalcedony line cuts through the composition like a brushstroke, cool against the warmth of the red and green around it.
