Its colour comes from traces of manganese in its composition, creating a soothing, feminine energy. This crystal takes its name from financier and gem collector J.P. Morgan, who was honoured in 1911 for his contributions to gemology. Morganite forms in pegmatite veins, often alongside Quartz and Feldspar. Its pastel shades evoke feelings of tranquillity and love.
