Polished Fuchsite palmstones from India in a deep, rich green — the kind of saturated colour that makes this mineral so immediately striking. Each piece is intuitively chosen for you. Fuchsite is a chromium-rich variety of Muscovite Mica, and it is the chromium that gives it the characteristic deep green — the same element responsible for the green of Emerald and Uvarovite Garnet. It forms within metamorphic rocks, particularly schists, where mica minerals develop their characteristic platy, slightly sparkly structure under heat and pressure. The red Hematite inclusions form separately within the same rock, and pieces that contain both mineral they are particularly sought after for the visual contrast they offer.

Fuchsite is associated with emotional healing, growth, and a calm, uplifting energy. It resonates with the Heart Chakra and is often chosen for its grounding yet gentle presence.

Cobaltoan Calcite with Malachite from the Democratic Republic of Congo — one of the most visually striking mineral combinations in the natural world, with deep raspberry-pink calcite crystals dusted in vivid emerald-green malachite micro-crystals.

Each piece shares the same dramatic character: tightly packed rhombohedral cobaltoan calcite crystals in a rich, saturated raspberry to crimson-pink, densely coated with bright emerald-green malachite that sits in the recesses and across the crystal faces like a fine dusting of colour. The reverse of each piece reveals the raw grey-white matrix — striated, layered, and sparkly — showing the natural cleavage of the host rock. Barite on Malachite | 52mm | Shangulowe Mine, DR Congo

From the Shangulowe Mine in Kambove, one of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s most celebrated copper belt localities — a source renowned for producing some of the finest malachite specimens in the world.

A chunky, three-dimensional specimen with a dramatic crown of upright barite needle clusters erupting from the top face. The barite crystals are elongated and translucent, coated in fine emerald-green malachite that gives them a vivid, almost iridescent quality. The lower portion is dominated by a dense, earthy iron-oxide matrix in warm ochre and russet tones, with pockets of glassy barite and malachite growth visible throughout. The reverse is raw and unworked, showing the full depth of the host matrix. Presented on an acrylic museum-style display stand.

From an old private collection — a petite, gem-quality Verdelite crystal with a distinctly blue-green hue that sits right on the boundary between green and indicolite tourmaline.

The crystal is a single prismatic column, 12mm in length, with strong vertical striations running the length of the body. The colour is a cool teal-green — deeper and more saturated at the core, shifting to a slightly paler, more translucent blue-green toward the termination.
