This 5.7kg specimen (approximately 30x20x6cm) from India features soft peach Stilbite crystals alongside white and delicately crystallised Calcite. Stilbite belongs to the Zeolite mineral family, most commonly found forming within basalt cavities, often alongside Apophyllite. This 183g specimen (9.4x6x2.5cm) from Les Courtes in the Talèfre Basin of the Mont Blanc Massif, France displays the characteristic twisted growth that defines a true Gwindel, where the Quartz develops with a gentle rotational structure rather than forming straight prismatic points. Natural Chlorite inclusions are visible as soft green mineral traces within the crystal, reflecting the mineral-rich Alpine fissure environment in which it formed. Gwindels are among the rarest natural growth formations of Quartz, occurring only under very specific geological conditions.

Rose Quartz Freeform | 11.3cm | Madagascar

An exceptionally deep-coloured Rose Quartz freeform from Madagascar — one of the darkest, most saturated examples of this mineral we have seen, a far cry from the pale blush most people associate with Rose Quartz.

One piece, sold as seen. Size approximately 11.3cm. Hand carved, with a point at the top that is not perfectly straight — a characteristic of the hand carving process rather than a flaw, and part of what makes this a genuinely handmade piece. The stone also contains natural internal cracks, clearly visible in the photos. These are entirely natural features of the crystal and do not affect its structural integrity.

Rose Quartz is a variety of Quartz coloured by microscopic inclusions of a fibrous mineral, most likely dumortierite or a related silicate, which scatter light and produce the characteristic pink. Madagascan Rose Quartz is particularly prized for its depth of colour and the intensity of its pink, which in the finest specimens approaches a deep, almost dusty rose. This piece sits firmly at that end of the spectrum.

Vanadinite Specimen 9cm, Morocco

This Vanadinite specimen originates from the Aouli Mine in Mibladen, Morocco, a locality internationally recognised for producing some of the world’s finest Vanadinite crystals. The specimen displays rich red to orange tones with naturally formed hexagonal crystal shapes and a bright, lustrous surface.

Vanadinite is a lead vanadate mineral belonging to the Vanadate group and structurally related to the Apatite group. It forms as a secondary mineral within the oxidation zones of lead ore deposits, where vanadium rich fluids react with existing lead minerals. Crystals develop in the hexagonal crystal system and are known for their strong colour saturation and high density.

Traditionally, Vanadinite is associated with focus, vitality and manifestation. It resonates with the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus and Third Eye Chakras, and is often chosen to support motivation, creative flow and grounded intention.

Due to its lead content and brittle nature, Vanadinite is not suitable for water cleansing. Clean gently using a soft dry brush or cloth only.

These pieces were handpicked at the Tucson Gem Show, chosen intuitively for their colour, character, and energy.

The shades shift across the batch: from a strong, saturated sky blue through to a softer, greener blue — the kind of variation that makes each piece genuinely individual.
