Amazonite is a beautiful green turquoise stone with grey and white coloured veins running through its surface. Amazonite, or Amazon Stone, was so named because it was thought to have originally been found in the Amazon River Basin in Brazil, though no deposits have ever been unearthed. Instead, Amazonite comes from other parts of Brazil, as well as Madagascar, Australia and the United States. Used in jewellery for over 3000 years, it has only been described as a unique mineral since the 18th century.

A wonderfully sparkly Grape Agate specimen, fully crystallised and catching the light from every angle. The botryoidal spheres are beautifully defined, giving the surface a lively, jewel-like quality that makes this little piece truly captivating.

The colouring is a soft, almost mauve purple — delicate and dreamy — with hints of blue visible towards the back of the piece, adding a subtle depth to its gentle palette.

Meet this utterly charming little Grape Agate specimen — petite, playful, and full of personality. Its natural form tapers to a point in a triangle shape, almost like a tiny wizard’s hat, giving it a fun and whimsical character that is hard to resist.

The surface is fully crystallised and wonderfully sparkly, with nicely defined botryoidal spheres that catch the light beautifully. The colouring is a soft, gentle purple — delicate and soothing — consistent across the piece.
