From an old private collection — a delicate, gem-quality Verdelite crystal with a rich blue-green hue and impressive natural form for its size.

The crystal presents as a broad, blocky prism with well-defined faces and strong vertical striations along the body. A truly exceptional Rhodonite & Rhodochrosite tower from Peru — at 39cm tall and 4.4kg, this is a centrepiece piece in every sense.

The surface is a warm, saturated rose-pink, threaded throughout with swirling white veins of calcite matrix and punctuated by sharp black manganese oxide dendrites. The patterning is dense and complex — no two areas of the tower look the same.
