Rough Turquoise from the Kingman Mine in Arizona — one of the most celebrated turquoise localities in the world, and a name that carries real weight among collectors and jewellers alike. These pieces were handpicked at the Tucson Gem Show, chosen intuitively for their colour, character, and energy.

The shades shift across the batch: from a strong, saturated sky blue through to a softer, greener blue — the kind of variation that makes each piece genuinely individual. The surface is raw and natural, with the texture and matrix that only rough material has. At 2–3cm, these are a step up in presence from our smaller pieces — substantial enough to hold, display, or work with in practice.

Average weight is 6 grams per piece.

Okenite Specimen | 13.5cm | India

A substantial and wonderfully tactile Okenite specimen from India, with soft white botryoidal formations nestled against a dramatic dark basalt matrix.

This 640g specimen (approximately 135x92x46mm) from India displays large rounded white Okenite formations with their characteristic fine radiating fibres, giving each mass a distinctly fluffy, cloud-like quality against the dark grey-green basalt host rock. Okenite is a calcium silicate hydrate mineral forming exclusively within the cavities of basaltic lava flows. Indian trap basalt, particularly from the Deccan region, is world-renowned for producing Okenite specimens of exceptional size and quality.

Okenite is regarded as a stone of truth, self-forgiveness, and gentle karmic clearing, carrying a soft, nurturing energy associated with the Crown Chakra.

These Brazilian rutilated smoky quartz specimens combine golden rutile and dark hematite inclusions within naturally formed quartz.

Smoky brown tones meet cloudy white areas, with glassy crystal faces catching the light above irregular, textured surfaces. Piece A has a broad outline and richly textured crystal growth. Piece B has an elongated form, angular faces and a prominent cloudy white area on one side. Green chlorite, clear quartz and warm hematite tones meet in this characterful cluster from Pakistan.

A broad, flattened quartz point crosses the front in a tabby formation, with smaller glassy points tucked around it. Behind them, a taller crystal carries deep green chlorite, while rusty orange-red hematite colours several of the points on the reverse. The contrast shifts as you turn the piece: transparent edges, shadowy green interiors and a milky white base.

Moldavite, also called Vltavín, is a tektite — “terrestrial debris” formed approximately 15 million years ago when a meteorite struck the Nördlinger Ries Crater in what is now southern Germany. This Brazilian rutilated smoky quartz cluster brings together three points of different sizes, with golden rutile and dark, metallic hematite adding plenty of character.

Translucent smoky-brown quartz rises from a dark, metallic base, with the largest point beside two smaller companions. Fine golden rutile needles gather near the hematite, contrasting with its black, reflective surfaces.
