This 332g sphere (6.2cm diameter) formed in volcanic rock cavities in Brazil. Each orb developed as chalcedony crystallised outward from a central nucleation point over millions of years, producing the distinctive tactile texture that covers much of this piece. Soft translucent blades rise together in a compact, flower-like formation, their layered faces shifting from milky pale pink to clearer glassy edges.
