Amazonite is a beautiful green turquoise stone with grey and white coloured veins running through its surface. Amazonite, or Amazon Stone, was so named because it was thought to have originally been found in the Amazon River Basin in Brazil, though no deposits have ever been unearthed. Instead, Amazonite comes from other parts of Brazil, as well as Madagascar, Australia and the United States. Used in jewellery for over 3000 years, it has only been described as a unique mineral since the 18th century.

Quietly luminous mini selenite spheres from Morocco — smooth, cool to the touch, and filled with the soft inner glow that makes selenite so distinctive.

Each sphere is a clean, milky white with a silky satin sheen, the fibrous structure of the selenite visible as fine parallel striations beneath the polished surface. One sphere shows a more translucent quality with a gentle cat’s eye effect as light passes through; the other is a denser, opaque white. Both are beautifully formed and tactile in the hand.

Selenite is one of the most widely used cleansing and clearing crystals, associated with the Crown chakra and higher realms. This 169g sphere (4.7cm diameter) from India displays the signature colouring that makes Kämmererite one of the most sought after collector minerals in the world. Kämmererite is a chromium-rich variety of Clinochlore, a member of the Chlorite mineral group, the presence of chromium within its layered silicate structure producing its distinctive purple and pink hues against the natural green of the host mineral.

Barite on Malachite | 52mm | Shangulowe Mine, DR Congo

From the Shangulowe Mine in Kambove, one of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s most celebrated copper belt localities — a source renowned for producing some of the finest malachite specimens in the world.

This piece has a distinctly different character to its companion — an elongated, blade-like form with dramatic barite crystals projecting outward from the malachite host, giving it a spiky, architectural silhouette. The front face is covered in vivid emerald-green botryoidal malachite with tightly packed orbs and characteristic concentric banding, interspersed with glassy colourless barite crystals. The reverse reveals the raw banded underside — sweeping teal and green malachite layers with areas of earthy matrix. Presented on an acrylic museum-style display stand.

A substantial sphalerite specimen from the celebrated Picos de Europa mining district in Santander, northern Spain — one of Europe's most historically significant sources of this mineral, and one that consistently produces material of exceptional resinous lustre and internal fire.

The front face reads dark at first — a dense, near-black brown mass with the characteristic adamantine sheen of iron-rich sphalerite. Hold it to the light and the surface opens up: patches of translucent amber push through the dark exterior, glowing from within and hinting at the warmth concealed inside. The flat reverse face tells a different story entirely — golden highlights streak across the surface in vivid veins, and the translucent amber is far more prevalent here, the mineral thinning enough to reveal its true colour and depth. A pocket of bright white calcite anchors the lower base, its scalenohedra contrasting sharply against the dark mineral mass. Under torchlight, the entire specimen ignites in a deep, warm amber glow.

Sphalerite is associated with the Solar Plexus and Root chakras, known for its grounding and energising properties. It is considered a stone of vitality and clarity, supporting focus and the integration of physical and spiritual energy. Associated with Gemini and connected to the planet Mercury.

This 1.65gr specimen (1.6x1.1x1cm) from the Wessels Mine, South Africa. Sugilite is a potassium sodium lithium iron manganese silicate forming in manganese-rich environments, first documented in Japan in 1944 by petrologist Kenichi Sugi. Each specimen is completely natural and unique.
