From Brazil and sourced from an older, previously owned mineral collection, this crystallised Rose Quartz specimen is intergrown with Smoky Elestial Quartz, combining soft blush-pink colour with glassy, naturally layered crystal formations.

The front face is covered in a fine sparkling layer of tiny quartz crystals, rising into larger translucent points with stepped, etched surfaces. Pale rose tones move through the base and lower crystal growth, while soft smoky shading appears through the taller formations, giving the piece gentle depth without losing its luminous quality. Turned around, the more defined elestial structure becomes visible, with overlapping growth layers, natural windows and a small bright crystalline pocket catching the light against the softly coloured quartz.

Rose Quartz is associated in crystal traditions with love, compassion and emotional healing, while Smoky Quartz is linked with grounding, protection and stability. Together they connect the Heart and Root chakras, bringing a balance of softness and steadiness. From an old private collection — a slender, gem-quality Verdelite crystal with excellent prismatic form and a fresh, leafy green colour with a subtle blue shift.

The crystal is an elongated prism with clearly defined faces and strong vertical striations running the full length of the body. The colour is a clean, mid-toned teal-green — bright and even, with a cooler blue cast visible from certain angles. Under direct light the crystal shows good translucency and a glassy interior. Natural surface textures and minor growth features are present, consistent with its natural, unpolished state.

Verdelite works with the Heart Chakra, encouraging compassion, emotional balance, and a sense of renewal. A grounding yet uplifting companion for those drawn to the green ray.

A rare bi-colour tourmaline from Brazil, displaying distinct pink terminations at both ends with a deep forest-green body running through the centre — the green is most visible along the upper edge where the crystal thins and light passes through more cleanly.
