A genuine moldavite tektite from the Czech Republic — one of the rarest and most sought-after minerals on Earth, formed not from the ground beneath us, but from the skies above.

This roundish piece has a beautifully even, tactile form with rich surface texture all the way around — the deeply etched, wrinkled character that moldavite is so prized for. Moldavite, also called Vltavín, is a tektite — “terrestrial debris” formed approximately 15 million years ago when a meteorite struck the Nördlinger Ries Crater in what is now southern Germany. Its formula (SiO₂ + Al₂O₃), amorphous crystal system, and Mohs hardness of 5.5–7 set it apart from any earthly mineral.

A near-kilogram malachite stalactite from the Democratic Republic of Congo — one of the world's great copper-belt localities and the source of some of the finest malachite specimens in existence.

The surface is covered entirely in tightly packed botryoidal orbs ranging from small, intricate formations to large, rounded domes, all in a vivid, saturated emerald green. Each orb has a characteristic concentric centre, visible across the specimen, giving the surface an almost cellular quality. These are generously sized tumbles with outstanding banding — concentric rings of deep forest green and bright emerald alternate in tight, well-defined arcs across every surface. The polish is mirror-bright, amplifying the contrast between the dark and light green bands. Several pieces show eye formations and bullseye patterning where the banding curves around a central point. Rich, saturated colour throughout with no fading or matrix.
