A characterful spirit quartz specimen from the Magaliesberg region of South Africa, with a broad white quartz matrix base from which soft lilac spirit quartz points emerge across the surface.

The matrix is dense and textured, covered in a layer of small, glittering secondary crystals in white and pale lavender. Several more defined points rise from the upper portion of the piece, their faces translucent and catching the light with a gentle violet hue. Running across the face is a distinct band of rust-red iron inclusion — a natural geological feature that adds considerable visual interest and makes this piece immediately recognisable. The reverse shows the raw, unformed underside of the matrix with natural ochre and iron-stained tones.

Spirit quartz is associated with unity, spiritual alignment, and the amplification of intention. The many small crystals covering the surface are said to radiate energy in all directions, making it a powerful stone for meditation, group healing, and those working with the crown chakra.

Spirit Quartz forms when a central quartz point becomes encrusted with a dense coating of smaller secondary crystals, creating the distinctive spiky, multi-terminated surface the stone is known for. Found almost exclusively in the Magaliesberg region of South Africa, it ranges in colour from pale lavender through to deep violet-amethyst, often with warm iron oxide tones running through the matrix.

Associated with the crown and third eye chakras, Spirit Quartz carries a harmonising energy said to align the self with higher consciousness, support spiritual growth, and bring a sense of calm clarity. A grounding companion for meditation and energy work.

Chrysoberyl with Aquamarine & Quartz | 47.17g | Mozambique

A rare multi-mineral specimen from Mozambique — chrysoberyl, aquamarine, and quartz sharing a single matrix, each mineral distinct and well-formed.

The dominant feature is a broad, tabular chrysoberyl crystal in a rich olive to yellow-green, with a slightly waxy, striated face and sharp angular edges characteristic of the mineral's orthorhombic habit. It sits atop a base of granular white quartz matrix, which catches light with a subtle sparkle across its surface. A near-kilogram malachite stalactite from the Democratic Republic of Congo — one of the world's great copper-belt localities and the source of some of the finest malachite specimens in existence.

The surface is covered entirely in tightly packed botryoidal orbs ranging from small, intricate formations to large, rounded domes, all in a vivid, saturated emerald green. Each orb has a characteristic concentric centre, visible across the specimen, giving the surface an almost cellular quality. At the top, a natural cavity reveals a cluster of druzy crystals in silver-grey — a striking contrast to the green exterior. The reverse shows the raw, unformed underside of the stalactite, with pale matrix and additional malachite growth.

A rare iron-red phantom quartz cluster from Morocco, where generations of mineral growth have left vivid ghost formations suspended within each crystal point.

The cluster is densely packed with short, rounded quartz terminations coated in deep brick-red and dusty rose haematite inclusions. Colour zoning shifts from rich burgundy at the base to translucent blush at the tips, with pockets of white matrix and a small natural cavity at the centre adding depth and character. In natural light the surface catches with a subtle metallic shimmer from the haematite dusting.

Vanadinite Specimen 9cm, Morocco

This Vanadinite specimen originates from the Aouli Mine in Mibladen, Morocco, a locality internationally recognised for producing some of the world’s finest Vanadinite crystals. The specimen displays rich red to orange tones with naturally formed hexagonal crystal shapes and a bright, lustrous surface.

Vanadinite is a lead vanadate mineral belonging to the Vanadate group and structurally related to the Apatite group. It forms as a secondary mineral within the oxidation zones of lead ore deposits, where vanadium rich fluids react with existing lead minerals. Crystals develop in the hexagonal crystal system and are known for their strong colour saturation and high density.
