Marcasite
Marcasite is an iron sulphide mineral closely related to Pyrite, formed in low temperature hydrothermal and sedimentary environments. It commonly develops in radiating, spear like crystal formations with a metallic lustre. Though similar in composition to Pyrite, its orthorhombic crystal structure gives it a distinct habit and appearance.
