This 2.8kg specimen (290x130x65mm) features multiple hexagonal Aquamarine crystals in soft glacial blue, set against a matrix of silvery Muscovite mica that catches the light with a fine, layered sparkle. The Pingwu Beryl Mine in Huya Township, Mianyang, Sichuan is internationally recognised for producing some of the finest Aquamarine-in-mica associations in the world, a result of the slow crystallisation of mineral-rich fluids within granite pegmatites deep beneath the Sichuan mountains.

Aquamarine carries the calm energy of still water, associated with clarity, emotional balance, and open communication. It resonates with the Throat Chakra, encouraging honest expression and thoughtful dialogue.

Barite on Malachite | 66mm | Shangulowe Mine, DR Congo

From the Shangulowe Mine in Kambove, one of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s most celebrated copper belt localities — a source renowned for producing some of the finest malachite specimens in the world.

The front face is densely covered in vivid emerald-green botryoidal malachite — tightly packed orbs with characteristic concentric banding visible at the centres, ranging from deep forest green to bright translucent teal at the edges. Interspersed throughout are colourless to white barite crystals, their glassy tabular faces catching the light against the matte-velvet malachite surface. The reverse shows the raw underside of the specimen: banded malachite in sweeping teal and green layers, with a more earthy, unpolished character. Presented on an acrylic museum-style display stand.

A heart chakra stone of considerable presence, malachite is associated with transformation, protection, and emotional clarity — drawing out what no longer serves and amplifying the capacity for change. Turquoise forms as a secondary phosphate mineral through the interaction of copper, aluminium, and phosphate-rich groundwater, with copper giving it its characteristic sky blue colouring. Cornish Turquoise is genuinely rare, forming in association with the copper-bearing mineral deposits historically worked across the Cornish mining landscape.
