Sugilite Rough Mineral | 1.81gr | South Africa

A deep purple Sugilite rough specimen from the Wessels Mine, one of the world's most celebrated sources of this rare mineral.

One piece available, sold as seen. Photographed both wet and dry to show how colour and texture may appear under different conditions.

This 1.81gr specimen (2.4x1x0.6cm) from the Wessels Mine, South Africa. Sugilite is a potassium sodium lithium iron manganese silicate forming in manganese-rich environments, first identified in Japan in 1944 by petrologist Kenichi Sugi. Its vivid colouring and rarity make it highly sought after by collectors. Each specimen is completely natural and unique.

Traditionally associated with spiritual awareness and inner strength, linked to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras to support intuition, clarity, and deeper reflection.

From the Chala Mine in Spahievo, Bulgaria — one of the few localities producing amethyst with this density of pyrite co-crystallisation.

The face is a dense mosaic of deep violet amethyst points, their terminations almost entirely encrusted with bright, brassy pyrite — micro-crystalline and glittering, catching light across every angle. The coverage is exceptional, the two minerals competing for surface in a way that reads almost architectural. Flip the piece and the reverse reveals a chalk-white quartz matrix, raw and unworked, grounding the display face beautifully.

Barite on Malachite | 52mm | Shangulowe Mine, DR Congo

From the Shangulowe Mine in Kambove, one of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s most celebrated copper belt localities — a source renowned for producing some of the finest malachite specimens in the world.

A chunky, three-dimensional specimen with a dramatic crown of upright barite needle clusters erupting from the top face. The barite crystals are elongated and translucent, coated in fine emerald-green malachite that gives them a vivid, almost iridescent quality. The lower portion is dominated by a dense, earthy iron-oxide matrix in warm ochre and russet tones, with pockets of glassy barite and malachite growth visible throughout. The reverse is raw and unworked, showing the full depth of the host matrix. Presented on an acrylic museum-style display stand.

A heart chakra stone of considerable presence, malachite is associated with transformation, protection, and emotional clarity — drawing out what no longer serves and amplifying the capacity for change. This Grossular Garnet specimen originates from the Coyote Front Range, Inyo County, California, USA. This locality is known for producing a rare variety of Grossular Garnet

Grossular Garnet is a calcium aluminium silicate belonging to the Garnet group. It forms under metamorphic conditions, most commonly within limestone rich environments, where heat and pressure allow garnet crystals to develop. The distinctive colour of this variety is influenced by trace elements such as manganese and iron.

Traditionally, Grossular Garnet has been associated with renewal, stability and prosperity. Spiritually, it is linked to the Root, Sacral and Heart Chakras, where it is often chosen to support emotional balance, grounded growth and steady transformation.

This 0.66g twin crystal (0.85x0.7x0.4cm) from Brazil features two crystals grown together in a single intergrown formation. Alexandrite is a chromium-bearing variety of Chrysoberyl, producing a dramatic colour shift caused by chromium absorbing light selectively across the visible spectrum. Fine natural Alexandrite has long commanded prices among the highest of any gemstone mineral in the world.

A collector-grade indicolite tourmaline crystal from Brazil — the blue variety of tourmaline, and one of the rarest.

A single prismatic column of deep teal-blue, shifting toward a cooler aqua at the upper edges where the light catches the natural glassy lustre. Strong vertical striations run the full length of the crystal, characteristic of tourmaline's trigonal structure. A cluster of white albite matrix clings to the base, anchoring the crystal and providing striking contrast against the saturated blue.
