A chunky ocean jasper wand from a private collection, with a bold speckled pattern and warm earthy tones throughout.

The body is a pale cream-buff ground densely scattered with sharp black mineral specks — tourmaline or manganese dendrites — giving the piece a striking salt-and-pepper quality. Warm peach-salmon and rust-orange zones pool through the mid-section, with patches of olive-green and white chalcedony adding further colour variation. The form is gently curved and tactile, with two rounded ends and a smooth, even polish. A piece that rewards handling.

This 50.73g specimen (approximately 4x3.3x2.7cm) from the Linka Mine in Lander County, Nevada, the type locality and only location in the world where Pottsite has ever been found, is covered in a vivid canary yellow powdery coating standing out brilliantly against the dark grey host rock. Pottsite is an extremely rare lead vanadium vanadate hydroxide mineral forming as a secondary oxidation product in the weathered zones of lead-bearing ore deposits, its extraordinary bright yellow colouring produced by the vanadium content within its structure.

Pottsite is associated with vitality, transformation, and the Solar Plexus Chakra, carrying a bright, energising quality that encourages clarity of purpose and personal power.

A truly exceptional Rhodonite & Rhodochrosite tower from Peru — at 39cm tall and 4.4kg, this is a centrepiece piece in every sense.

The surface is a warm, saturated rose-pink, threaded throughout with swirling white veins of calcite matrix and punctuated by sharp black manganese oxide dendrites. The patterning is dense and complex — no two areas of the tower look the same. The base is broad and stable at 8.2cm, tapering to a crisp 4cm point at the apex, with a high, even polish that brings out the full depth of colour across all four faces.

Rhodonite is a manganese inosilicate mineral (MnSiO₃) that forms in metamorphic environments, often alongside rhodochrosite (MnCO₃), a manganese carbonate. The two minerals share a similar manganese-rich chemistry producing their characteristic pink-to-rose colouration. The black veining is manganese oxide, formed as the minerals oxidised over time. Peru — particularly the Uchucchacua and Huaron mining regions — is one of the world’s premier sources of this material.

A truly spectacular 610g Blue Baryte specimen measuring 105x143x53mm, sourced from the renowned Cavnic Mine in Romania, one of Europe's most celebrated localities for this mineral. A rare bi-colour tourmaline from Brazil, displaying distinct pink terminations at both ends with a deep forest-green body running through the centre — the green is most visible along the upper edge where the crystal thins and light passes through more cleanly.

The crystal is elongated with strong vertical striations along the green body, characteristic of tourmaline's prismatic growth. The pink zones at each terminus shift from translucent rose to a deeper magenta-pink depending on the angle, with a natural matrix attachment at one end. The contrast between the opaque green core and the glowing pink caps is striking in natural light.
