This 910g freeform (117x92x50mm) originates from Madagascar, one of the finest sources of Amazonite worldwide. The stone's characteristic blue-green colour comes from trace amounts of lead and water within its feldspar structure, with natural white Quartz veining running through the matrix adding contrast and depth. Each freeform is shaped to follow the natural contours of the stone rather than a fixed geometric form.

Translucent quartz crystals rise closely together in a slender, sculptural cluster. The surface shifts between softly frosted growth and glassier faces that flash in the light, while warmer honey-toned areas concentrate around the upper terminations. Natural dark inclusions and fine mineral staining run through parts of the crystal growth, adding contrast and a glimpse into the conditions in which the specimen formed. Hematoid Quartz forms when iron-rich hydrothermal fluids penetrate Clear Quartz during or after crystallisation, depositing Hematite (iron oxide, Fe₂O₃) within the Quartz matrix.
