Dragon Scale Stone, also known as Dragon Scales, is a remarkable mineral formation found in the Hell Creek formation of North Dakota, USA. It is a trade name for iron nodules with polygonal patterning that resemble the scales of dragons. These stones form alongside dinosaur fossils from the Cretaceous era, including powerful creatures like the Tyrannosaurus Rex and Triceratops. While not fossils themselves, they often lie in close proximity to these ancient giants. Primarily composed of iron oxides with a siderite core and a limonite skin darkened by manganese oxides, Dragon Scale Stones hold a unique place in geological history.

Import Duties & Taxes (outside the UK)

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tali and Loz encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tali and Loz at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
