Spirit Quartz forms when a central quartz point becomes encrusted with a dense coating of smaller secondary crystals, creating the distinctive spiky, multi-terminated surface the stone is known for. Found almost exclusively in the Magaliesberg region of South Africa, it ranges in colour from pale lavender through to deep violet-amethyst, often with warm iron oxide tones running through the matrix.

Associated with the crown and third eye chakras, Spirit Quartz carries a harmonising energy said to align the self with higher consciousness, support spiritual growth, and bring a sense of calm clarity. A grounding companion for meditation and energy work.

These crystals are intuitively chosen, and in order to get the perfect set we would love to know some info about the receiver. For example; their date of birth, their character and what they might need. We can use this intel for a personalised mystery mix! This 102g egg (5x3.5cm) from India has been polished to reveal its natural wood grain patterns. Petrified Wood forms when ancient wood is gradually replaced by silica-rich minerals, retaining its original structure while becoming fully fossilised. From the celebrated Tharsis mining district of Andalusia, Spain — one of the few localities in the world known to produce goethite with this quality of iridescence.

The surface is entirely botryoidal, built up from tightly packed rounded orbs in deep charcoal and iron-black. Across this, a vivid iridescent film shifts between crimson, magenta, teal-green, and violet depending on the angle and light source — the effect is almost oil-slick in its intensity, with pockets of brighter colour concentrated along the ridges and edges of the botryoidal formations. The close-up shots show the full complexity of the colour play particularly well.

This wonderfully tactile 249.3g Alabaster egg (6.9x5cm) is carved and polished to a flawless smooth finish in a beautiful soft blush peach. Alabaster is a fine-grained variety of Gypsum, a calcium sulfate mineral forming through the evaporation of ancient mineral-rich waters. Its notably low Mohs hardness of just 2 has made it prized by sculptors and craftspeople for thousands of years, from ancient Egypt through to the Renaissance.
