Kämmererite forms through hydrothermal processes where mineral-rich fluids interact with rock crevices. Over time, these fluids deposit minerals like chromium-rich clinochlore, which gives Kämmererite its distinctive colouration.

The crystals crystallise in a monoclinic crystal system with perfect cleavage. With a Mohs hardness of 2.5 to 3.5, it is relatively soft. Kämmererite's unique colours and patterns result from the presence of specific mineral inclusions, offering an exquisite gemstone renowned for its beauty. The name Kämmererite is derived from the German mineralogist August Breithaupt's name for the mineral, honouring his contemporary, the Austrian mining official and mineral collector F. Kämmerer.

Import Duties & Taxes (outside the UK)

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tali and Loz at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping.
