A striking three mineral specimen from China. Dense grey Calcite in tightly packed rhombohedral crystals forms a dark, textured crust across the exterior, while broken sections reveal a massive white Calcite core with broad, cleaved faces and a silky, pearlescent sheen. Fine Stibnite needles, elongated and metallic silver, are visible within the piece, adding striking contrast against the Calcite. Under UV light the white Calcite fluoresces a vivid violet purple, adding a spectacular hidden dimension to this piece.
