Dulcote Agate is one of Britain's most visually striking agates, quarried from a single site near Wells in Somerset. Each slice is a one-off — no two are alike.

These slices display the full drama of Dulcote's signature patterning: vivid brick-red and terracotta banding sweeps across a ground of cream and pale lavender chalcedony, punctuated by orbicular eye formations, fine white lace lines, and in some pieces, a central druzy quartz cavity that catches light like a geode. The polished faces are glassy and smooth; the natural edges retain the raw, unworked rind of the original nodule.

Agate works with the Root and Sacral Chakras, supporting stability, courage, and a grounded sense of self. A deeply protective stone with a strong connection to the land it comes from.

Agate is a microcrystalline variety of quartz (SiO₂), formed by the slow deposition of silica-rich fluids within volcanic cavities. Dulcote Agate is found exclusively at Dulcote Quarry near Wells, Somerset, and is prized for its vivid iron-oxide red banding and complex orbicular patterning. Hardness: 6.5–7 on the Mohs scale.

Agate is a stone of quiet strength and steady grounding, working with the Root and Sacral Chakras to support stability, courage, and resilience. Dulcote Agate carries an additional connection to the British landscape — a deeply earthed energy that feels ancient and settled.

from Monday to Friday. Domestic UK delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days depending on your preferred shipping method. International
shipping times are highly country depending, but currently we experience a 5-20 days delivery time.

depending on the weight of the products. We offer FREE shipping for orders over £75, - spend in the UK and over £200 internationally.

Import Duties & Taxes (outside the UK)

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tali and Loz encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tali and Loz at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
