  1. How long does shipping take?
Currently we are posting all orders from Monday to Friday. You can now choose your own delivery option at checkout. Domestic UK delivery times are approximately 3-5 business days. International shipping times are country depending but currently we experience a 5-20 days delivery time.
 
  1. Do you ship internationally?
YES! We ship worldwide!
 
  1. What is the shipping cost?
Shipping starts from £4.50 depending on the weight of the products. We offer FREE shipping for orders over £75, - spend in the UK and over £200 internationally up to 2KG, above will be calculated seperatly.
 
  1. What's your return policy?
We have a 14-day money back guarantee return policy on sold as seen items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To see the full return policy please click here. On intuitively chosen items we cannot accept any returns. 
 
  1. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if we haven’t posted the item yet.
 
  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us and we do our best to help you.
 
  1. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.

Currently we do not have an affiliate program.
