Sacral Chakra Stones and Crystals
Within the traditional Chakra system there are seven main energy centres each symbolically linked to different aspects of our emotional mental and spiritual experience. The Sacral Chakra also known as Svadhisthana is the second Chakra and is associated with creativity emotional flow pleasure and self expression.

This Chakra is commonly visualised just below the navel and is connected to themes of movement connection and adaptability. In Chakra philosophy the Sacral Chakra represents how we relate to our emotions desires relationships and creative impulses.
