The dominant colour is a vivid teal-green, rich and saturated across the primary crystal faces, shifting to a cooler blue-green where the columns meet. Warm amber and ochre tones run through the matrix between the columns, the result of iron-rich inclusions that contrast beautifully against the emerald green. The surface of each column shows the characteristic stepped, grid-like growth pattern of beryl — horizontal striations crossing vertical prism edges to create a natural lattice effect. The reverse reveals the raw, granular matrix base with scattered mica and pale feldspar. At 46 × 41 × 20mm this is a substantial, display-ready piece with genuine collector provenance.

One face is fully polished to a high mirror finish, revealing the complex mineral landscape within: vivid magenta-pink eudialite rosettes — some small and scattered, others large and boldly defined — burst across a dark aegirine matrix. A band of deep black aegirine runs diagonally across the upper left, adding strong graphic contrast. The reverse is unpolished, showing the raw, natural character of the stone.
