Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from us. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.*
This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it—complete with original tags, packaging, gifts and proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

If your return is approved, we’ll provide full instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We may also ask for photographs of the item before the return is processed.


Return Costs

The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, including international returns.


Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Sale and outlet items
Gift cards
Custom or personalised products
– Items such as tumblestones, mystery boxes, or similar products where we cannot verify the item’s origin
Advent Calendars (once shipped, due to containing mystery items)

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at info@taliandloz.com if any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue promptly and make it right.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, though please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.


Lost Parcels

Refunds for lost parcels will only be issued once the courier has officially declared the item lost.
Please note that this process can take several weeks. As a small business, we’re unable to issue refunds sooner, as the parcel may still arrive within this timeframe.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal To withdraw, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can do this by logging into your account at account.taliandloz.com and submitting a return or cancellation request, or by contacting us at info@taliandloz.com.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds We will refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that it has been sent). Refunds are made to your original payment method. We do not refund upgrades, premium or express delivery upgrades.

Return costs The cost of returning items (postage) is at your expense unless otherwise stated.

Import duties and taxes on original order Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country's customs authority on your original order are non-refundable. These charges are levied by your government and are outside our control.

Condition of returned items If an item is returned in a condition beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value.

Exclusions The right of withdrawal does not apply to: – Custom or personalised items – Gift cards – Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Please note: the sale and outlet exclusion in our general policy does not apply to EU customers.
