This 15cm diameter sphere is a manganese silicate formed within metamorphic environments. The deep pink colouring comes from manganese content, the dark veining from manganese oxides, and the lighter Rhodochrosite areas reflect the complex mineral conditions during formation.

A beautifully sculptural Cerussite specimen with warm honey-golden colouring, glassy translucent areas and layered crystal growth that catches the light across its surface.

The piece has an irregular, naturally formed silhouette, with stepped crystal faces and softly rounded areas shifting from pale champagne to richer amber-brown. Light moves through the thinner sections to reveal the mineral’s internal depth, while the more densely formed areas have a bright, resinous to adamantine lustre. This specimen is also UV reactive, revealing another side to the mineral under ultraviolet light. The specimen is presented on a clear acrylic display stand and secured with removable white tack.

Cerussite is associated in crystal traditions with grounding, clarity and personal transformation. Its weighty physical presence is often linked with the Root chakra, while its bright reflective surfaces are also connected with mental focus and clear intention.

A single terminated rubellite tourmaline crystal from Brazil, displaying the classic striated prismatic form of the species.

Deep raspberry-pink shading to warm burgundy at the core, with the characteristic vertical striations running the length of the prism faces. The termination is intact and well-defined. Under light, the crystal shifts between opaque and translucent, with a glassy lustre on the prism faces and a rougher, more textured base where it was naturally separated from matrix.
