Libysches Wüstenglas, auch bekannt als Libysches Gold-Tektit, ist ein seltenes Naturglas, das vor Millionen von Jahren entstand, als ein Meteoriteneinschlag Saharasand unter extremer Hitze verschmolz. Es wird ausschließlich in der Sahara gefunden und ist wegen seiner geologischen Seltenheit und seiner natürlich geformten Formen geschätzt.

Libysches Wüstenglas, auch bekannt als Libyscher Goldtektit, ist ein seltener und faszinierender Tektit, der in der Sahara gefunden wird. Vor über 28 Millionen Jahren entstanden, wird seine Herkunft einem Meteoriteneinschlag zugeschrieben. Der faszinierende gelbe bis grünlich-gelbe Farbton dieser glasartigen Substanz soll von der Anwesenheit von Eisen und anderen Spurenelementen herrühren.

Es wurde erst 1932 offiziell von P. Clayton entdeckt und nach der Libyschen Wüste benannt, wo es zuerst gefunden wurde. Dieses rätselhafte Juwel wurde von alten Zivilisationen wegen seiner Schönheit und seiner angeblichen mystischen Eigenschaften geschätzt. Historisch wurde es in Schmuck und Amuletten verwendet, als Symbol für Schutz und Klarheit. Ein Stück davon wurde in König Tuts Grabkammer gefunden, auf einem kunstvollen Skarabäuskäfer.

from Monday to Friday. Domestic UK delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days depending on your preferred shipping method. International
shipping times are highly country depending, but currently we experience a 5-20 days delivery time.

Import Duties & Taxes (outside the UK)

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Tali and Loz encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Tali and Loz at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
